Returns

We aim to provide our customers with only the highest quality of products.

However, if for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied or have simply changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and as long as it is unused, we will refund your money (minus a re-stocking fee charged at 10% of sale price).

When returning items, it is advisable to use a tracked and insured service - please enclose a note within the package stating the reason for return along with your name, contact details and address. This will speed up the process of processing your refund.
