Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully so you know your rights and our process.
1. Your Legal Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Once you’ve told us you wish to cancel, you then have another 14 days to send the goods back (a maximum of 28 days from the date you received your order).

When you cancel within this period, we will refund:

the full price of the item, and

the standard delivery cost you originally paid.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If goods have been handled more than is reasonably necessary (beyond what you’d do in a shop to inspect them), we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

If goods are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, and we will cover return postage.
2. If You Miss the Deadlines

If you do not notify us within 14 days, or

If you fail to return the goods within 28 days of receipt,
we may still accept the goods back at our discretion, but a restocking fee of 20% of the sale price will be deducted from your refund, along with any original delivery charges.
3. How to Return

Please use a tracked and insured delivery service.

Include a note inside your parcel with your name, contact details, and the reason for return to help us process your refund quickly.
