This advert is for a ALLOY 3m RB32 roller system that is a universal fit for all types of trailers - we can also supply ROLLER BUNK with 20, 24 and 28 rollers - please read on for full details:
The video clip of the Bayliner shows the 24 Roller bunk System being used which is also complimented with the optional front quad roller sets - these quad roller (4) sets are recommended for use on boats over 18ft and are extra cost.
The Roller bunk system is fitted with state of the art blue/white wobble (non marking) rollers and cast alloy wing brackets.
The ROLLER BUNK system is very easily fitted, just remove the old bunks or rollers off your current trailer, line up and fit the upright support posts with the supplied universal clamps, followed by the 2 ROLLER BUNK rails to the desired position, then lock down - finally bolt the wing brackets into their fixings, add the wobble rollers and away you go - nice and easy.
The ROLLER BUNK systems are ideal for any trailer applications as they are universal fit but can also me bespoke made to meet your requirements.
Our customers prefer these above any other roller systems ESPECIALLY for AMERICAN BOAT TRAILERS fitted with flat bunks usually supplied with BAYLINER; SEARAY; MONTERAY; MAXUM; etc or other makes of boats such as FLETCHER; DORY; ORKNEY STRIKELINER and all JET SKI models - REMEMBER - THEY ARE UNIVERSAL FIT TO ANY TRAILER WITH CROSS BEAMS
Once you have used the ROLLER BUNK system you will not want to be without it. The design of the downward bend on the slide allows you to guide your boat in and steady it in all water levels and also facilitates (for smaller boats) dry recovery from a beach or non water location - YES using this system you can easily recover your boat when the tide is out !!

RB 20-2m long for small boats & Jet Ski to 13ft (approx)
RB 24-2.5m long for medium boats to 14-16ft (approx)
RB 28-2.5m long for larger boats from 16ft
RB 32-3m long for boats from 18ft to 22ft
THE RB32 MAY NEED AN EXTRA SET OF UPRIGHTS TO SPAN THE CROSS BEAMS WITH ADEQUATE SUPPORT (IT DEPENDS ON WHAT DISTANCE APART YOUR CROSS BEAMS ARE) AND THE EXTRA UPRIGHTS WITH BRACKETS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY - PLEASE CONTACT US TO CHECK BEFORE PURCHASE
